The midvalley store staff not friendly. As a customer I expect basic respect from them not showing face when ask product related questions and about online store. Very rude n not professional.

Yesterday i went to Converse Mid Valley. My cousin asked one of the staff, "Yang ni masuk Buy1,Free1 ke?" and then he replied "Yang ni tak masuk, cuba baca". Another one, girl staff with hijab. She said to her friend "Haha lawak lah, saiz sendiri pun tak tau". Is that the way you guys communicate with customer? Please teach your staff how to serve customer proper and with manner.
