We booked half of the place for 2 days event. It turns out to be good. I love this place since this is the fine dining place. Service was good. View of the bukit bintang also nice. This is at 9th floor of the Pavilion. Also connecting with the mall. Easy access.

The night view at this restaurant is perfect. The food is great. My husband and I love their beef bacon avocado pasta—it’s such a good combination. Enjoying good food accompanied by a beautiful night view is truly a wonderful experience.

Cloud 9 Pavilion in the evening and really liked the ambience. The place looks newly renovated, very cozy and chill. The night view is beautiful, perfect for a casual date or hanging out with friends.
