kindly inform customer the next time a drink is unavailable. I did a group order on grab, 4 of us ordered and you cancelled 1 drink without informing. very irresponsible and unprofessional.

One of my favorite CHAGEE outlets is at IPC Shopping Centre. The vibe is super calm and relaxing, and they’ve got both indoor and outdoor seating that’s always clean and comfy. Service is fast too, my drinks come out quickly and never disappoint. Perfect spot to chill and enjoy a good drink!

Pay for milk tea end up get without milk. Order da hong pao end up get jasmine tea. So sudden everything not available. Wait 20 minutes but make 1 drink only. My order no 11153 end up do 11159 order instead the earlier order. Poor & slow service 👎🏻 …

Stopped by Chargee IPC for an evening drink at the alfresco area. The setting was pleasant and relaxed, a nice spot to unwind. Overall, not bad for a casual drink.

super slow & poor service , i order my drink thru online during 5:26, waited 30 minutes still havent my turn to pick up yet ,extremely bad dont why other outlet can be so fast and efficient , CHAGEE pls do something about it. if can i wont not given any star !
