Would have given 0 star if it’s allowed. Came here to report a technical issue but was told by the staff that they cannot do anything - he told me to call CelcomDigi hotline. Why would we need them to be there at the first place then?

Mr Paul Wong and Mr Loong are very helpful. They explained clearly the various Celcom Digi plans and options, and assisted me in registering and signing up for the plan that best suits me.
