Very lame customer service from the male skinny malay. Didnt feel like proceed getting a service here so we went to The Curve branch immediately after. The service there was like 180 degree different. Much more professional , in depth and detailed explanation about the products and offers.

Yesterday (15.12.2025), i just came want to servey 1st for celcomdigi phone package but the male malay staff assist me with a no smillng face, talk to me like he don't want to assist. So what for he work as customer service. Very bad service. 1st and last I come here. Not worth it.
