Very bad experience. Staff don’t have energy at all, didn’t explain at all. Just sitting there waiting for you to ask them, with a very annoyed face. waited for more than 30 mins to get a phone case to be printed. Please improvise on your service.

There was a male staff member who got angry with a female staff member in front of a customer, he was unprofessional and had no manners, bro, he even got angry with your co-worker in front of the customer, please let the case management handle this kind of thing.
