The pharmacist who served me today was slow and didn’t know the medicine well. She was serving an old man before me when I reached. No greetings or asking the old man what he needs. No guiding of how to take the medication eventhough it is his first time buying the meds. Makes me wonder if she’s only the staff or the pharmacist??? When it was my turn, same treatment. Was told to make payment at cashier counter instead of the pharmacy counter. The cashier lady was rude and unfriendly too. Worst caring pharmacy I’ve been into. Will never step into this outlet again. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff here.

Good location inside giza mall. Shop is huge enough to hold lots of products. They have pharmacy counter to get medicines. Came here to see some Korean skincare products. Good variety of facial mask.

Pharmacist Claudia is very friendly and helpful. Love this branch because of the pharmacists here :). But the other staff are mostly not friendly. One of them even made the annoyed sound in response to customer’s request.
