Sent a Fossil bag for repair as the inner lining was frayed and torn . The workmanship was very good , with new lining and stitching was as good as the original . Service at the counter was adequate and responsive .

Bring my LV bag for repair enquiry, the shop only an indo staff, ask whatever i want to repair also said very expensive to do and just simply give high price like don't want to do my business. Not friendly at all! Please train your staff and unskill her a little.
