When request no ice, need charge extra RM1 Order lean & green, given juice is not up to other outlet standard, less apple and etc. low quality drink is served, taste weird

Ordered today. Drink was poorly made. Did not taste the same as usual. There was literally 2 tiny cubes of mango before they blended it. When I clarified that, her only response was yup. It just taste of blended ice, milk and cheap mango juice. What a waste of RM16.

Pretty bad experience here. Was wondering why there was no juice coming up the straw. Turns out that they put a big block of uncrushed ice in the cup. The size was wrong also, lol. Quality really gone downhill.
