Came to the outlet. Noted 2 staff was leaving. Saying its their break time while putting the ‘closed’ sign. I never knew that f&b outlet allows all staff to take break together and compromise working hour without stating reason. Its a sunday evening btw.

The lady working there refused to serve me at 20:55 saying the shop was closed when in fact it closes at 22:00. She served other customers though as seen in the picture. Disgusting customer service & bad attitude
