Your female employee had a sour face the whole time and was very irritable. When she poured the smoothie out, she poured it so hard that the lid fell off (if in doubt, check CCTV). I always liked it. Thank you. This employee won't like it now.

First time get bad experience here. I order all berry bang extra and request less ice. Then my drink come with normal ice. I ask him less ice then he say sorry. After that he threw away 50% of my drink and replaced it with water. Wow. I leave my drink without ask the refund. Very rude and disgusting
