I often visit your outlets to buy juice, and I have never had juice with so little taste. Other branches don’t have this issue. This was a very bad experience. I hope the management can look into this problem. We are paying customers, and we are not here to drink plain water that is called “juice”.

Visited this beverage store recently and was disappointed with the overall experience. Despite it being a non-busy time, the service was slow and inattentive. Staff were preoccupied with tasks like washing tools and opening packages, even while customers were waiting right at the counter. After placing my order, I noticed the drink was fully blended and left sitting in the machine for several minutes before anyone poured it into a cup. There was no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff throughout the visit, which added to the lack of care in the service. To top it off, the drink itself was underwhelming—bland and lacking the flavor you’d expect.

Ordered a drink at 7:58 PM and had to wait 20 minutes to receive it. Customers who ordered after me got their drinks even faster. I understand that it may be a busy time due to puasa and high order volume, but shouldn’t orders be prepared in sequence?

I come at 9.45pm @ 6/9/24 but the cashier already closed the counter. I believe Boost open from 10am-10pm right?? There is nobody at the counter but the cashier is TOO LAZY to take order!! Such poor customer service and lazy workers!!
