Inexperience and the staff prefer to play with its phone and chatting than asking what we want to order. Also, there are a certain drinks do have beetroot but the one ive order the staff clearly didnt put it in. Totally waste of money and time going over there to buy juice.

i LOVE the drinks but sometimes, i would encounter rude staff that acts as if i have done something wrong. I would feel forced to speak in a bubbly voice but they could really care less. If i wasn't for the staff, i would have given it a 5 star

three staff none to entertain one customer to take order? Either all are new or simply not efficient. no of customer at that time including me is three. Boost has few of its outlets that prepared incomplete no. of fruits/veggie & for this particular outlet, forgot to add booster as requested.

I think u should rename the wonder melon and watermelon lychee, it happen few branchs, your staff is very confusing both of the name. The worse part is today they give me plain watermelon, seems the staff dont know they have a drinks call wonder melon. Which is very different pronunciation

They didn't prepare my drink properly. The slush was very icy and tasteless and the staff was very not friendly
