Worst outlet I've ever been to. There’s a lot of demand from gym goers after a workout from Fitness First upstairs waiting in long queue but always only one staff working as a cashier, cleaning, and blend. Have to prepare for delivery also. Please improve.

Went there 4 times on 4 different days at different times within the span of 1 month, and there is always no one at the counter. Even today, from the time i entered the mall to the time i left at 7.30pm there was no one manning the store.

female worker named Ainol is very very slowwwwww and she hesitates a lot like she doesn't know what she's doing. this is F&B, you have to serve ppl fast. pls train your worker to be fast. waiting for my drink alone takes 15mins

Ordered the Protein Supreme on 19.8.2024 at or about 5 - 7 pm time, it just taste like coconut water, he didn't put all the usual protein powder or even oats/muesli, and not only that, it was not enough to fill the whole cup. If like that I should have just ordered the smaller size. Very bad experience.

Please don't go to this outlet, it's the worst!! I ordered Original, but the staff made me smaller size drink. I ordered Mango Magic, and the staff did not mix in the Vanilla ice cream like other branches, making my drink very watery. …
