If I could give 0 stars I would give 0 stars. The staffs were very unprofessional. We went there to buy a belt for my friend's husband, and were treated very poorly. One of the staffs macam tak tahu nak buat kerja, so we just assumed she's still a trainee, she barely interacted with us or helped us with the items we were interested to buy. Barely promoting anything, did not give us any alternatives/suggestions, which was surprising considering that Bonia is a high-end store and we were asking around about the belts. The other staff was worse. She was all over the place and was just plain rude. She acted like she was annoyed with us and instead of talking directly to us, she talked through the assumed-trainee eventhough we were in front of her, with a stern tone she told the other staff that the belt we were interested was out of stock. Another thing about the store was how messy it was, there were stock boxes all over the place. Semak. The rude staff was standing behind me acting like I was in her way, you pendek tau and I don't have eyes in the back of my head to know you were standing behind me and needed to walk through where I was standing to get to the stock room. The least thing you could've done was say "Excuse me miss", ni tak, I even kena jeling and she looked at me annoyingly. My friend was going to buy a belt despite the one we were interested in was out of stock, tapi seeing how poorly we were treated, we decided not to sebab it'll be a waste to let these 2 staffs to receive commissions after how we were treated. Fortunately for them, I takde gambar bahagian sepah tu sebab serabut sangat sampai tak terfikir nak tangkap gambar. BTW, we've seen your TikToks and if you can't act the similar way in your TikToks, then what exactly are you representing? Memalukan nama Bonia, we had high expectations especially for one located in a prestige mall like TRX. Hire better workers or retrain them.
