The customer service provided by the young girl and aunty was exceptionally poor and lousy, displaying a tremendously negative attitude. Their service level was so unsatisfactory that it doesn't even warrant a one-star rating from me.

Unfriendly service, rude to customers. The hostess was more than impatient to brush me off when I requested for a try-on.

The sales girl (Janice) attitude is terribly rude, she looks down on customers because she thinks those who enter cannot afford to pay for their dresses. She will only serve you with a smile when you spend RM1000 and above. Her face expression changed obviously when I picked the fifth dress.
