Ann is very thorough and she really understands high end eyewear and what is the best fit for people (lens, frames etc) We created a few awesome pair together And I can now finally use progressive lenses! They also arrived a few days earlier than the estimated wait time. She is very kind and attentive. One of the best in KL!
