Ordered from delivery app. I ordered chocolate but got a rainbow one instead. My child does not eat any cake other than chocolate flavour. Pls do better next time and dont get customer’s order wrong next time. Ordered online so cant do anything.

I refer to baskin robbins in Times Square shopping mall. Very expensive ice cream, super long wait, and the customer service was just outrageous. The poor staff is clearly underpaid, the company should hire more people and increase the quality of their products.

I don't know how the price can be justified. Good ice cream but don't taste anything extraordinary. Maybe you get branded fat in your body if you eat often enough.
