This outlet manager service customer is really terrible! I see he pleases the mother and baby son leave the restaurant because the mother just wants to say hi to her family member. I mean hello come on, no need to turn your tune so loud until whole restaurant can heard it. I as a customer dining there feel like what the hell!!

If you enjoy paying money to be disrespected, congratulations, this is the perfect place for you! I was kindly rewarded with an eye roll from a female staff while making payment. Truly a premium attitude, minus the service.

the service needs more improvement at this outlet as the efficiency of requests are always quite slow. so far the food quality still good. you might need to queue for seats with the current social distance norm during RMCO although there aren't many people.

I ordered miso beef. They taste like pork. The business is not honest. I seriously suspect that their beef slices are fake. Only the left side is real beef

The food is great, meat and other ingredients are fresh, staff are quite efficient but definitely need more hands as they were very busy running around serving customers when the restaurant is full, got to have patience to get their attention. There's always queue during dining hours as well since the outlet is not very big.
