Unfriendly staff (female, chinese, long black hair). One-sided conversation (99% of communication effort was from me). Lack of professionalism (staff was fiddling with her phone). Probably didn't want to entertain me cause assumed I wouldn't buy their stuff. Expected more from a luxury outlet.

I visited the Balenciaga boutique and was thoroughly disappointed by the lackluster service. The staff seemed disinterested and failed to provide any assistance or attention. It's a shame that such a prestigious brand would allow such poor customer service to tarnish its reputation.

When asked where the shoe was made, the staff confidently says PARIS. I bought the shoe, came home and checked the tag, it said MADE IN CHINA. how clueless can the staff be!! seriously? instead of hiring some young Gen Z with no sense, why not try out some experience staff like LV and Gucci.
