I went there on 18 Sep 2024. Ms Fatin was the PIC attending my hearing aid trial. Overall I was pleased and happy with Ms Fatin service and the explanation given to me was very details and easy to understand.

Fatin is very patient but the environment is very congested. It would be nicer if audiolab can extend this shop. I am very happy with the service and will recommend people to come. Thank you.

I brought my grandma here last weekend, it was a great experience and the woman audiologist ( i think her name is fatin) , there is extraordinary! She was very sweet and helpful. Even my grandma can’t stop talking nice about her till now ; )
