Very bad service. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. I wanted to get a Lamy pen at RM63. When they keyed it in, it went up till 153.00. They admit it was wrong but wouldn't let me buy it since they didn't have the manager's approval. I told them to ask their manager but they said he was on leave. And to top it all off, they had the cheek to ask if I wanted to pay 153.00 instead. All off the other Lamy were at 63.00! Why should I pay more. Really, what a brazen attitude
