this has got to be the worst bank in Msia that i have ever experienced. be prepared to wait for a long time just to open a simple savings account. i will never deal with them ever again with such poor efficiency.

On Tuesday 9th of May around 1pm I’ve visited this branch and I got insulted by 2 staff of the front desk. They were making fun of my deceased father and giving a hard time for me to do my business. I really hope nobody has to go through what I had went through today
