Are the workers here really untrained? It doesn't matter if there are internal issues or not, but they are ready to argue loudly when there are customers. If you want to argue, go somewhere else. This bunch is not strong.

She was great new intern staff. Being at the front and approached me with great skills. Seems she was being trained many years. Bought a pair of Puma’s shoes and still keep smiling. She asked me for additional to be add in. Keep her and believe she can be a part of excellence of great behaviour to show others staff. We need this kind of behaviour to all retailers!
