Ordered online. Pick up location is MV outlet. Reached home, one of it has stains all over it. Contacted the store, asked us to contact the HQ. Sent email to the HQ, no reply at all. Great.

Their service is like normal as good as usual,and this is my 1st time to mid valley neubodi, overall experience quite ok,not really hardsell but will introduce as usual
