I hate leaving bad reviews but this needs to change, every time I come here and try to ask them where things are or any questions, they ignore me and keep talking to other coworkers. If you want to chat with your friends, do it when there is no customer at least. How is this allowed?

Bad customer service experience, as If i’m owing her money.. next time, I’d rather walked to other convenient stores even-though it’s further. Not sure why the culture of some the KK Mart behaves like this… walking in with peace and leaving the store agitated 🥲 …
