The staff in the photo displayed unprofessional and unhelpful behavior. There was no greeting upon entering the store, which was acceptable, but throughout my browsing, he made no effort to assist or provide product details. When asked questions, he only replied with a very soft “yes” or “no,” barely audible, without any further explanation. Another customer, an elderly gentleman, was clearly trying to find a suitable bottle and repeatedly asked if each one would leak. The staff just responded with faint nods or a soft “yes/no,” offering no real guidance. The gentleman eventually left without buying anything, looking disappointed and clueless due to the lack of assistance. I purchased only because I already knew exactly what I wanted, but otherwise the experience was very poor. The staff seemed to avoid engaging with customers, only stepping in at payment — and even then, there was no acknowledgment or thank you. This reflects badly on the brand. Staff should be trained to be proactive, approachable, and knowledgeable so that customers feel guided and confident in their purchase.
