Really disappointed with my experience here. My order took a long time to arrive, and when it finally came, it was made wrongly. The staff seemed to be rushing everything, and overall the service felt very careless. I hope they can improve their management and customer service in the future.

food is very yummy, fresh from the kitchen and crunchy. the 'waffle-to-go' from the menu is a must try, definitely worth the money. currently as of july 2025, the staffs are very nice and the tone when they talk is not harsh as well. lastly, the branch here is clean and well kept by the staffs 👍🏻 …
